Check My Order Status

If your order has shipped already, you should have received the tracking number in your email (be sure to check the spam folder also). Orders are shipped approximately 7-14 business days (excluding wknds and holidays) AFTER you approve them to go to print. (excluding satin bags, those are 2-3 week turnaround)

Where it says "ENTER ORDER ID" that is where you enter your order number (found on your receipt that was emailed after you placed the order). It is usually a 4 or 5 digit number (example: #1188)

If order says UNFULFILLED, it means it hasn't shipped yet. It is either in the proofing or printing stage.

If order says FULFILLED, it means it has shipped. Check your email for the shipping email that contains the tracking number. You can also log into your account (if you made one) and pull up the tracking that way. For any questions, email info@crystalforbes.com
